We ship within the US to physical mailing addresses that are serviced by the USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time
Shipping charges are based on USPS Ground Advantage Zone 4 Table. Each 50 gram skein is calculated at 0.11 lbs. Each 100 gram skein is calculated at 0.22 lbs.
RETURNS
Products with strong odors, hand-caked yarn, opened items, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Returns of eligible items may be requested within 30 days of order delivery/pickup. Refunds may be for either store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Sometimes we make mistakes. We will do our very best work with you to find the resolution that is best for you!
If we've shipped the wrong item or if an item is defective, please let us know as soon as possible. We will typically ship you a replacement and provide a postage-paid label to send the incorrect/defective item back to us.
Packages lost or damaged during shipping are beyond our control. We will do our best to provide any information you need to file a claim with USPS
Please have your package shipped somewhere secure, and pick it up promptly. Theft of an item after the USPS certifies that it was successfully delivered and won't qualify for an insurance claim through the shipper.
